William T. Bly is a 2000 graduate of Rutgers University where he majored in Political Science with a minor in U.S. History. Through his education and work, attorney Bly has developed a strong foundation in criminal law. With the limited exception of a brief period of time representing the State of Maine as an intern (student) prosecutor, Attorney Bly is proud to say that he has spent his entire legal career representing the citizen accused.
