Summary: Client was stopped for following too closely to the vehicle in front.  During a BMV hearing, the officer admitted that the driving behavior was only intermittent.  Officer also testified that the client looked relatively sober during administration of field sobriety tests.  This was confirmed by reviewing the cruiser video.

Result: The OUI was dismissed by agreement and the client pled guilty to Driving to Endanger for a fine of $575.00 and a 30 day loss of license.
