THANKS FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN MY SON’S LIFE

Bill, Thank you very much for getting back to me. My son and I want to thank you very much for the finalizing of this hard lesson learned in life’s journey. I knew from the beginning that not only are you highly respected, but having shared some personal experiences of your own initially, and how you turned things around, and are the person you are today is very uplifting to my son and now he can pick up the pieces, even though it won’t be easy as you and I both know. He can be recognized not for what he has done but for what he will become. Again, just simple words like ” thank you ” cannot even begin to express how much your hard diligent work was appreciated! Thanks also to Ann, for her welcoming and calming effect which will not be forgotten. More staff should be like her! Many, many thank you’s go out to you.
